Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Items:
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order or customized items. These items are created specifically for you, and we are unable to resell them.
Exceptions:
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please email us at support@craftwithcreation.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.
